    Delivery times are not guaranteed and will vary with specific requests. Shipments only occur on M, W, F, S unless you contact us directly for same day shipping. We offer USPS & FedEx quotes upon checkout. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

    Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 3:00 pm (CST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday may not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery. First Class Mail International (no tracking), deliveries generally take between 10-30 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. 

    POPPY and CLAUDE is not responsible for shipments lost in the mail in the US or International. POPPY and CLAUDE will not replace/refund any missing item(s) or shipping fees. Please contact your shipping provider to file a complaint. Buyer is responsible for any/all taxes and custom duties that may apply. Sales Tax in conformance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, shipments to destinations in Nebraska are charged sales tax of 5.50%. You will recieve an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise in original packaging with tags attached for a store credit or exchange only. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Customers must request a RMA# via email here prior to mailing packages with a return form. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please select a shipping method with tracking. POPPY and CLAUDE is not responsible for lost returns. Once we recieve the return it will be credited or exchanged within 5-10 business days. Store credits expire after 6 months. Please print copy for records. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no refunds, exchanges or store credits. 

    GIFTS
    When returning a gift, a POPPY and CLAUDE Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from poppyandclaude.com. In compliance with Federal law, for gifts valued at more than $2,000.00, the recipient will receive a check rather than a Gift Card.
