We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise in original packaging with tags attached for a store credit or exchange only. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Customers must request a RMA# via email at info(at)poppyscloset.com prior to mailing packages with a return form CLICK HERE FOR RETURNS. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please select a shipping method with tracking. POPPY and CLAUDE is not responsible for lost returns. Once we recieve the return it will be credited or exchanged within 5-10 business days. Store credits expire after 6 months. Please print copy for records. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no refunds, exchanges or store credits.
When returning a gift, a POPPY and CLAUDE Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from poppyandclaude.com. In compliance with Federal law, for gifts valued at more than $2,000.00, the recipient will receive a check rather than a Gift Card.
Swimwear and underwear may not be returned.
